Data Processing Addendum.

The client is the Controller of personal data submitted through Snyder services. Snyder acts as Processor and processes personal data only on the client's documented instructions.

Personal data is processed to deliver the services described in the applicable SOW — including candidate sourcing, background verification, payroll administration, and software delivery.

A current list of sub-processors is available on request. Clients receive 30 days' notice of new sub-processors and may object in writing.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, Snyder relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Snyder assists the Controller in responding to data subject requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
